I am using this product like a blanket. It gives me a comfort and great body.
One weak point is the connection to the mat is quite unstable. Sommetime I have to take it off and reconnect.

Heats up quickly and gets really, really warm... Like REALLY WARM. Easy to use, feels fantastic on a sore body. I've been using for a couple months and I have no idea how I've lived without it for so long. Depending on how you're laying on it, sometimes the crystals can hurt a little. But I mean you're laying on rocks so.....

Belt stays secure and heat feels great. Lower back doesn’t hurt as much after sitting with belt on

I find this to be very useful with aches and discomforts. The straps are very stiff but I don’t really use them I just lean on it.
I have a different one, the same make different stones, which is just a flat pad and more useful.
A small flat pad with the gemstones on it would be more practical.

Resulta esta incidencia tengo que decir que funciona. Tuve un problema de espalda que no resolvía y me ayudó desde el primer momento que lo puse, con este cinturón y masajes estoy resolviendo el problema.
Es cierto que no se apaga como las mantas eléctricas, pero puedes poner un programador de rueda y solucionado. No me parece demasiado inconveniente casi prefiero que no se apague. No lo uso para dormir ni mucho menos.

Wasn’t sure about this product when ordering as there was no reviews, I chose this as the stones are much smaller, which I felt would be more comfortable to use. Product arrived quickly well packaged and it has its own carry bag. My husband has been using it to relieve pain in his hip from the sciatic nerve. So far this has been the only thing to give relief from the intense pain, the pad takes a short time to reach the chosen temperature, once it has done this it maintains the temperature chosen.
Very pleased with this item it has been used several times a day since purchased, well worth the cost, I would say definitely value for money

This heating pad offers incredible relief for my chronic lower back pain. The jade and tourmaline combination really penetrates deeply and soothes inflammation.

You can feel the heat go deep into your joints and muscles. It’s incredibly soothing. I even noticed reduced swelling after regular use.

The heat is soothing, but knowing jade and tourmaline are working too makes this feel more like a spa treatment at home.

I want d a crystal mat similar to the Biomat but with a smaller pricetag yet a quality mat for that money and I am very pleased! I like that it has turquoise in addition to amethyst and tourmaline which adds extra healing for my Reiki clients. I love laying on it for my own self-care.

I really like this mat. I sleep on it every night. I turn the heat up real high initially then turn it down before falling asleep. I have slept on my back, belly and both sides and have found relief from all.
It is very heavy...understandably.

I did my research and this is one of the 'best buys' for a large far infraread mat. I've tested it right next to the top of the line Biomat ($1,800) and they both work equally well. It does take 20 mintes to heat up. I've had mine for 4 months and, so far it's been working great. Time will tell.

The use of stones and heat was brought to my attention and I was in need for a new heating pad and I find this one to be better than the standard electric heating pad. I tend to not need as high of heat with this pad and the fact that I can wrap it around my body when moving around is great!
